We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving Cleared payment, however most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
In case of a delay in the delivery, we advise you to check directly the online status of your order before contacting us (tracking the delivery of your order is done directly from the site carrier through the link in the shipping confirmation email).
We encourage you to notify us of any delay of more than 5 days compared to the delivery provided for information purposes to help us start an investigation with the carrier (the investigation can vary from one to three weeks).

1. The delivery time starts when the transporter receives the package. It does not include the time necessary for the package to be prepared, which may take 2 to 5 days. This preparation time must be added to the delivery time given when placing the order, and to the times listed below.
2. The delivery times give on this page are indicative. They only apply to orders placed before 12pm. After that time, the orders will be dealt with the next day (except if they are bank holidays or weekends), so an extra day will be needed.
We do not expect our customers to keep goods that they are not 100% happy with which is why we operate a 14 days exchange or money back policy. You can return the item back to us in its original condition. Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us.
We will endeavour to exchange faulty or damaged products (during shipping) with a similar or better product. If this is not possible due to stock shortage we will issue a full refund and reimburse any extra carriage costs incurred. Please inform us before returning any goods for refund or exchange and ensure that goods are returned to us within the 14 days period from purchase.
